Looking for things to do in Southeast Texas on Halloween weekend? Halloween fell on a Saturday in 2026, and the region used all three days. From a free Spooktacular morning at the Museum of the Gulf Coast and Lumberton's all-day Costume and Candy Crawl to the Jefferson Theatre's last two nights of 13 Nights of Halloween, there was plenty happening around Beaumont, Orange, Port Arthur, Vidor and Lumberton from Friday, October 30 through Sunday, November 1, 2026.
We counted 21 events and places that ran over Halloween weekend, including a long list of free things to do, a pile of trunk-or-treats and a few late-night shows. This is a look back at what was on, with the times and prices each organizer posted.
